Quality Control
Maid 4
Texas provides each crew a comprehensive checklist and notes
according to your instructions for each cleaning. Our
management team also personally conducts random on site and
telephone quality checks in order to insure our quality of
service remains first rate.
Service Guarantee
Maid 4 Texas LLC has a 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee and has built our business and
reputation by providing our clients with the best possible
cleaning service available. If you're
unhappy with any area of your home that we've cleaned, just
call within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it
free of charge or give you a partial credit toward
your next cleaning.
Referral Credit
Any Maid 4
Texas client can receive a one free clean at for referring
another client. Credit will be applied after the new client
has had (2) two consecutive visits.
Agreement
-
There
is no term to this agreement. Client may cancel at any
time for any reason. Maid 4 Texas also reserves the
right to discontinue service at any time for any reason.

All
services performed are on a “payment at time of service”
basis unless authorized in advance. Automatic payment
options are available upon request and will be billed to
a credit card held on file. All returned checks are
subject to a $25.00 return check fee. For invoice
customers, balance is due in full by the 15th of each
month for the previous invoice. Any balance past due are
subject to a 5% late fee. In the event this matter is
referred to an attorney or collections agent, the client
will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees,
and/or collection agency fees.

We do
our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule.
If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do
our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 24 hours
notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
Client will be charged 50% of cleaning fee if canceling
with less than 24 hours notice. (100% during peak
holiday season) Lock-out is viewed and treated as a
cancellation.

If
there are any items that you would like to have cleaned
the fall outside of our published checklists please
communicate those needs to the office at the time of
booking. The crews are not responsible for additional
items being added by the client at the time of service.
If you do have a request while to crew is present please
contact the office immediately and we can make
adjustments with the crew as needed.

For the
safety of our employees, Maid 4 Texas reserves the right
to close our offices at any time, due to inclement
weather.

Although greatly appreciated, please understand that
tipping is not required.

While
we make every effort not to break items, accidents do
happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but
not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all
irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) be
stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. Maid 4 Texas
must be notified within 24 hours of service if
unreported damage is discovered.

If we
are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a
hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash
dishes, client agrees to not hold maid 4 Texas or any of
its employees responsible for damage to any article or
component.

Maid 4
Texas is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or
improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e.,
marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed
sealed and ready to clean without causing harm. If you
do have delicate or natural stone surfaces please let
our office know immediately so that we may be prepared
to provide the proper cleaning procedure.

The
safety of our employees is an important issue.
Therefore, all firearms in a client’s home must be
stored and locked.

Maid 4
Texas reserves the right to re-evaluate rates and/or
change the Service Agreement at any time.
Our Service Agreement is part of our
commitment to service excellence. We want our clients to be
satisfied with the work we perform and we welcome feedback
and comments to help us increase client satisfaction. Tell
